Castalia Systems is looking to hire an experienced Top-Secret cleared IT Support Specialist to support building a DevOps environment in both the Unclass and Classified environments, deploy and maintain an interconnected network of Azure Stack Hubs, and provide data analytic support to the customer's operational mission. These tasks require onsite and remote support personnel at various locations in the continental United States (CONUS). To meet these requirements, Castalia requires personnel with the following skills and qualifications.

How You’ll Impact:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled IT support specialist capable of providing technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. You will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades. To ensure success as an IT support specialist, you should possess extensive experience in providing information technology support in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring:
Active Top-Secret clearance
3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
Must be fully qualified by qualification standards and requirements in accordance with DoDD 8140.01 and DoDM 8140.03.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code languages such as Bicep, ARM, and Terraform
Experience with Agile Development, DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms such as Azure
ITIL Foundations (Certification preferred but not critical)
McAfee product Specialist – ePolicy Orchestrator
Security+ (ce) Certification CompTIA
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
3-5 years’ experience as an IT support specialist
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
Azure infrastructure experience preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree
