In Helsingborg we manufacture Nicorette & Rhinocort products for the global market. What will you do

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing production personnel to maximize quality and output in a manufacturing operation. Accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining cost controls. At this level the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines/products, diverse teams, etc.

  • Supervises production operation and work to meet production goals.

  • Establishes personnel schedules and product lines based on business needs.

  • Provides input to production flow and identifies potential manufacturing issues.

  • Tracks production orders and schedules.

  • Compiles and submits data for production and operating reports.

  • Trains staff in the areas of safety and quality.

  • Reviews work to ensure compliance with the standards. Schedules or performs training for all employees.

  • Recommends changes to standard operational and working practices.

  • Educates employees and observes to ensure understanding and compliance.

  • Provides input to operational budget. Manages costs to improve business financial results.

  • Administers equipment maintenance and repair.

  • Maintains records and notifies management of reoccurring issues that may require equipment replacement. Facilitates departmental communications.

Actively works with the team to achieve defined departmental goals and KPIs, as part of the Business Plan.

Responsible in the following areas:

  • Follow safe behavior and rules regarding safety

  • Stabilize and improve product and process quality

  • Develop the team according to the company's vision. individual PDPs

  • Create and maintain budgets for their cost centers

  • Keep business goals

  • Delivery results according to plan

  • Environmental responsibility

  • Follow GMP requirements

  • Lead and work in projects as Leader / Core Team / Extended Core Team

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations / manufacturing

  • More than 3 years’ experience in a leadership role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good understanding of technical terms and ability to effectively provide information to support functions and stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in oral and written communication in Swedish and English

  • Professional skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience with six sigma / process excellence tools

  • Experience of working in a regulated environment
