Boeing Commercial Airplanes has multiple Remote roles for Product Security Analysts to join our Product Security Engineering organization , to include the Product Security Incident & Response, Factory Cybersecurity & Cybersecurity Certification teams.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Experienced and Senior Level Product Security Analysts.
The selected candidates will execute on our vision and share our passion for protecting our commercial airplanes’ products and the aviation ecosystem.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.
Position Responsibilities :
Run vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Conduct automated scanning and manual testing
Evaluate system security configurations
Perform exploit analysis and author exploitation tools/techniques
Evaluate findings and perform root cause analysis
Prepare and present technical reports and briefings
Conduct customer remediation reviews
Familiarity with common ports, protocols, and services such as SSL, SSH, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, NFS, LDAP, HTTP
Knowledge of public key infrastructure, certificates, and public/ private key pairs, hashes, and checksums
Analyze and correlate events in Linux audit logs, security logs, syslogs and application logs
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate findings and conduct root cause analysis
Ability to identify likely attack chain based on architecture of systems and communicate risk
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ years of work-related experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
CISSP, Security+, CEH, or CCNA.
Experience in cybersecurity or airplane systems
UNIX/LINUX System Administration.
Knowledge in security network architecture, embedded systems security, security testing and evaluation, network design, PKI infrastructure, or network security.
Knowledge of policy / governance standards relating to cybersecurity.
Typical Education/ Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 year’s related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range (associate level): $88,400 - $119,600
Summary pay range (experienced level): $107,950 - $146,050
Summary pay range for (senior level): $131,750 - $178,250
