We are looking for a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsResponsible for performing tests and reporting results of requested Laboratory procedures and providing physicians with accurate and timely results to aid them in diagnosis and treatment of patients. Works under the technical guidance of MT I, MT II, MT III, Laboratory Supervisor or Technical Manager. Complies with the Memorial Health Compliance Program, related policies and procedures and the Code of Business Practices; reports instances of perceived and actual non-compliance to Team Leader or through other reporting mechanisms.Demonstrates skill and knowledge in principles and routine procedures, interprets and responds appropriately according to policies and practices. Consults Laboratory Supervisor / Technical Manager or more experienced technologist when necessary to make final decisions on any issue pertaining to the laboratory.
