Description: Works in the Production Planning and Control organization as a Scheduler, Make Planner/Hardware Rep
Individuals will be assigned to Factory Operations in one of four state of the art Manufacturing Centers
The individual will fill the requirement for a Factory Operations Manufacturing or Make Planner in one of four Production Operations Centers. Responsibilities will include scheduling and integrity of the MRP system for all assigned assemblies. Status and reporting of manufacturing build. Effective management of kit issues and fulfillment of hardware needs to support manufacturing build. Effective factory implementation and cut-in of engineering and process changes. Prioritization of workflow in partnership with manufacturing supervision and industrial engineering team members.
Work outside of the normal operating hours may be required.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree in master Scheduling or Shop Floor Control in a production operations environment. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Must have a minimum of a Secret Security Clearance
SAP ECC Experience
MES (Manufacturing Execution System) end user knowledge - Prioritization, Scheduling, Build Status
Presentation Skills - ability to present data status, conduct meetings with factory/senior leadership
Bachelors or Masters Degree - Operations, Supply Chain, Data/Business Analytics
Green Belt certified
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
