If you have a passion for managing people, strong leadership skills, and working in a high service industry please apply!Job Responsibilities:Effectively manage employee performance, control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectationsManage operations through Dispatch Managers to include scheduling of all jobs.Communicate directly with customers to schedule jobs, resolve all scheduling conflicts, and provide a premium level of customer serviceManage and improve operational processes and proceduresWork with Senior and Operational Management to establish sales and operating budgetsAssist with employee/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solvingMonitor Service Technicians schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs and accurate customer invoicingDispatch or Manage Dispatch Managers as they have Service Technicians respond to customers needs, repair or installation needs and track jobs for completion to customers satisfaction.Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plansHire, train and develop new employeesOther duties may be assignedJob Requirements:Three (3) to five (5) years managerial experience and college degree preferred.Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical aptitudeTransportation, Construction, Retail or Service (such as HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical) industry experience a plusAbility to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional mannerProven ability to implement process improvementsMust have a high sense of urgency and a willingness to make decisionsProficient user of software and systemsMust have a valid drivers licenseWhy DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products.
