Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, aspires to hire an experienced New Construction Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to general contractors and builders.Responsibilities:Design customized door solutionsPromote line of products and services to potential customers daily.Make sales presentations that include product samples and design softwareMeet with existing and prospective customers, assess customers needs, and sell technical and mechanical good and services.Build solid, long lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territoryProvides timely and accurate estimates and proposals.Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) dailyOther duties as assignedRequirementsTwo (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and buildersMechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customersMust possess valid drivers licenseMust have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skillsOther duties as assignedWhy DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products.
