This entry-level position is the perfect opportunity to start and build a career in the sales industry. As a Sales Development Representative, the candidate will be on the front lines for generating interest in Red River’s service offerings. Sales Development Representative s make cold calls to prospects to identify decision-makers, qualify sales leads, and set up appointments for Account Executives. This position requires determination, focus, tenacity, and resiliency.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work to achieve quarterly quotas

Work closely with the Sales team to schedule meetings

Work closely with marketing to manage leads and develop a pipeline

Minimum Experience, Education, and Certification:

Entry-Level sales experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Ability to prospect for new business by phone for long hours

Ability to build professional rapport by telephone with prospects at Executive, or C level.

Ability to uncover opportunities via phone conversation through probing questions

Pay Range: $21.50 - $24.00 per hour, plus commissions
