Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking to hire a Regional Director in Chester County!\ Position specifics Full Time\ Location Chester County, Pa\ Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems currently has an opening for the Regional Director position in Chester County. Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is a non-profit corporation that provides a wide range of community-based behavioral health services throughout central and Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley, states of New Jersey, Delaware, and northeastern Maryland.\ The responsibilities of the Regional Program Director position includes supervision and oversight of the following behavioral health programs in Chester County Mental Health Outpatient, Drug and Alcohol Outpatient, Intensive Behavioral Health Services, Case Management, Supported Living, Community Residential Rehabilitation, Common Ground, and Family Based Mental Health Services.\ This position must maintain 24-hour availability to program staff and management for emergency consultation, and does include some travel between various program sites within Chester County.\ JOB REQUIREMENTS\ Minimum Education Master\'s Degree in a behavioral health discipline.\ Minimum Experience Five years experiencing with mental health and substance abuse with three years increasing administrative and supervisory responsibility. Knowledge of the Department of Drug and Alcohol Outpatient Facility Licensing Regulations, DPW Chapter 5200, 5260, and/or 5310 regulations preferred.\ Minimum Licensure/Certification Requirements Professional licensure and/or certification preferred, but not required.\ Required Clearances Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearance, Criminal clearance, and fingerprint based federal criminal history Verification that employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.\ Interested persons should complete an online application.\ Resume REQUIRED.\ Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.\ Review of applications will commence immediately and will continue until the position is filled.\ Holcomb offers a generous benefit package to all employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
