Responsible for selling Meal Plans and providing customer support in the office. Responsible for the University Dining To-Go Program, CSA sales, for Faculty and Staff meal plan program, and Meal Plan Exemption process. Provides administrative and operational support for the University Dining Department as needed.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manages meal plan sales for all students, faculty and staff through the mobile ordering App, Owl Express or paper contracts2. Manages the Dining To-Go Program, serves as the main point of contact with our To-Go package manufacturer3. Oversees the Meal Plan Exemption process, ensuring all students are communicated with, proper documentation is submitted, and review is completed by the Exemption committee4. The primary liaison between the department and UITS, Housing and the Bursar\'s office for any student account needs and adjustments5. Assists with CSA program and promotional sales in coordination with marketing as needed6. Supervises assigned student assistants for additional meal plan sales support7. Participates in tabling and other promotional events for University Dining8. Advises department management on meal plan and dining dollar structure and assists in operational support and training as needed9. Adjusts student accounts and pro-rations for withdrawals, late move-in, etc.Required QualificationsEducational RequirementsBachelor\'s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experienceRequired ExperienceTwo (2) years of related work experience in a university dining meal plan office, customer service position, administrative or related position.Preferred QualificationsAdditional Preferred QualificationsExperience with systems such as Blackboard and BannerKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesABILITIESAble to build strong and maintain internal and external relationshipsAble to serve as a Crisis Coordinator for the University Dining DepartmentAble to switch focus quicklyMust be able to grasp and learn new systems/software quickly and easilyAble to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlinesSKILLSExcellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), project management and presentation skillsTime management skills with a focus on prioritizationProficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite, Banner and Blackboard)Strong attention to detail and follow up skillsStrong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquetteEqual Employment OpportunityKennesaw State University is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
