In addition to ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly to secure their satisfaction, store associates are also expected to keep up-to-date with the features of our products while maintaining the store's visual aesthetics and product quality. They are charged with providing excellent customer service, while consistently achieving the store’s sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Help customer in-person and through phone calls by understanding their needs and offering suitable products and services
- Foster productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately, in accordance with policies and procedures
- Reach sales goals on a regular basis
- Keep detailed work order records and formulas
- Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products to match customer preferences
- Stock shelves and arrange displays
- Maintain clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries whenever required
- Manage assigned areas to ensure they are well-stocked and in presentable condition
- Stay informed about the products offered to discuss available options
- Adhere to inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to increase sales
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Should be legally eligible to work in the country of employment now or in the future without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation
- Open to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Have a minimum of High School diploma or GED
- At least one-year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous experience selling paint and related products
- Proficiency in operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Multilingual skills would be a plus
