As a GoGetter, you'll play an essential role in keeping the store and kitchen operations smooth. You are often the initial and final friendly face our customers encounter. In the midst of peak hours and late-night snack crave times, you'll work with other Team Members to ensure every customer, whether they're grabbing a hot sandwich or filling up gas, is greeted warmly and receives excellent service.
Role Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 6 months; none mandatory. - Education: High school diploma or its equivalent desired. - Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds. - Age: Minimum of 18 years.
Job Functions
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing safety in all aspects for your Team Members, customers, and products. - Operating the register to ring up customers’ orders by scanning items or manually entering price as per company policies. - Completing sales and collecting payments by finalizing orders and receiving payment. - Vigilantly observing customers at pumps to prevent misuse of gasoline or multiple car pumping in a single transaction. - Arranging and tidying shelves as required. - Managing light stocking duties and notifying management about any out-of-stock items. - Restoring misplaced items to their designated location. - Ensuring cleanliness of all areas including equipment, counter space, floor, bathrooms, the outdoor pump area for safety and sanitation adherence. - Adhering to state and local laws relating to cigarette sales. - Complying with all coupon management procedures. - Assisting other store Team Members in maintaining store security. - Providing support in the kitchen area whenever necessary.
Pay
The starting pay rate is $14.00.
