Multi-Store Supervisor - day shift / night shift

RESPONSIBILITIES (additional duties may be assigned)

    - Improve store performance by delegating tasks and setting accountability for operational and customer service standards
    - Act as a mentor and coach to develop skills for superior customer service, provide feedback to General Manager on performance
    - Foster positive store culture embodying Sheetz Performance Standards
    - Deliver top-tier service and customer focus
    - Ensure safety by following regulatory and compliance standards
    - Step in and handle Team Member tasks as required
    - Travel to assigned stores outside of your home store as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

    - Ability to multi-task, repeated bending, standing, reaching, occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist with lifting 40 pounds.
    - Must be 18 years or older (21 as per VA state law for certain tasks)
