The objective of the position is to consistently achieve personal sales targets to endorse the store's sales and profit goals, deliver premium customer service and take on more advanced roles within the store.
Key Tasks (This list does not cover all tasks):
- Generate sales to surpass personal sales targets
- Advocate for the Music & Arts lesson program
- Establish business through networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community associations
- Cultivate customer relationships and deliver compelling sales pitches according to sales training
- Exhibit exceptional customer service to every customer
- Encourage customer loyalty
- Participate in all aspects of store's tasks, including merchandising, displays, and upkeep
- Uphold store security including: perimeter door keys, cash register keys and personal alarm code
- Perform additional roles as designated.

Qualifications, Experience, and Education:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- In-depth knowledge of musical instruments and music notation is requisite.
