Our methods are grounded in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based approach within the framework of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. *By joining our team, you'll play a crucial role in advancing our mission-driven care model.**
Key Responsibilities:
* *Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions *to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards
* Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
* Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
* Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications:
* Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
* Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
* Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
