Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs/Navy Blue

Level 4 Trauma Center
Job Requirements
3 Years CURRENT MS experience - Required
3 Years of Nursing Experience - Required
BSN - Preferred
Sorian EMR experience - Preferred
Two Years of Previous travel experience - Required
Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
2 Signed References from a Supervisor (from within the past two years of employment)
Schedule Information
FACILITY WILL NOT TAKE LOCAL TRAVELERS (Perm address within 50 miles of facility) AT THIS TIME
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
ANY REQUESTED TIME OFF FOR THE DURATION OF THIS ASSIGNMENT MUST BE NOTED AND VERIFIED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
ANY RTO WILL NOT BE APPROVED AFTER TIME OF SUBMISSION
A THREE STRIKE RULE FOR ANY CALL OFFS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED: After 3 call offs, a traveler’s contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Weirton Medical Center’s discretion
