Job Scope:
As a Direct Support Professional, your primary responsibility involves aiding individuals in their journey of growth, learning, and leading rewarding lives. Who We Want:
- Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination would be appreciated
- Skills: Caregiving, Direct Support Professional (DSP), STNA, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Assisted Living, Group Home, Human Services
- Behaviors: Empathy, reliability, responsibility, patience
- Vehicle: A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance may be required in some positions
