Who We Are

IREX is a global development and education organization. With a projected annual portfolio of more than $150 million and more than 750 staff worldwide, we work with partners in more than 100 countries in four areas essential to progress: cultivating leaders, empowering youth, strengthening institutions, and increasing access to quality education and information.

Learn to Discern in Education (L2D-Ed) is implemented by IREX and aims to strengthen Ukrainian teachers’ and students’ resilience to disinformation and manipulation by enhancing their critical information engagement skills, and to create demand for high-quality information in the Ukrainian secondary education system at large. The project involves developing and training teachers with educational media literacy materials, conducting research, and delivering training for other target audiences.

IREX in Ukraine seeks a Regional Coordinator for the L2D-Ed project who will act as a liaison between the Kyiv project office and local stakeholders. This position requires experience in education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences.
