Private Client Financial Advisor


Citizens is on the search for seasoned consultants who can guide individuals and families towards achieving their financial objectives. Our Private Client Financial Advisors (PCFAs) carry out comprehensive analyses to perceive a client's immediate and long-term objectives, devising an aligning financial plan to meet these goals.

As a branch-dependent advisor, the Citizens PCFA thrives in a teamwork-based setting that stresses the importance of client best interests and the development of team members at a personal and professional level. PCFAs work hand-in-glove with an array of business collaborators and influence centres to unveil potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establishment of an exceptional wealth management practice that establishes personalized wealth management strategies.
- Strengthen and cultivate relationships with key associates to promote client introduction and interaction.
- Active outreach to clients and potential customers advocating Citizens Wealth Management offerings.
- Expansion of existing relationships through partnership recommendations.
- Adjusting wealth management planning to fulfill client needs.
- Draw on the expertise of internal stakeholders and specialists in the dispersion of various services, such as financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.

Qualification, Credentials, and Background:

- Active and legitimate Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66).
- An active, valid Insurance Life/Health/Variable licenses or to be acquired within 60 days of role initiation as an employment condition.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Financial Advisor or the equivalent in financial services.
- An established new business development and client book management record.
- Previous experience in a team-based customer bank setting.
- Knowledge of servicing high-net-worth individuals.
- Adaptable within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous.

Pay Transparency:
