You will have the opportunity to drive content strategy for the renter audience and inform the end-to-end learner experience for renter education to support business outcomes.

Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to develop the annual Multifamily Marketing strategy and its execution across the division. If you have a background in strategy development, thrive in using data to develop strategies from scratch while also being able to successfully execute on a project, we would love to hear from you.

This role requires strong cross functional interaction and collaboration. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal subject matter experts, Legal and Compliance stakeholders, internal and external creative agency partners, and channel owners to make informed decisions regarding curriculum, content strategy development and execution, and divisional strategy development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development, Execution and Management: Develop content strategy for our consumer renter education program, management of day-to-day operations that support successful execution and marketing. Develop annual Multifamily Marketing strategy and identify key deliverables, metrics, and key messaging tied to the key objectives of the Multifamily business.
  • Audience expertise: Understand nuances in knowledge gaps for renters, and ties to homebuyers and homeowners. Well-informed on cultural trends and current events that could shape content that is authentic and inclusive.
  • Business insight: Drive the research learning agenda to inform strategy, consistent reporting on product success, insights, and leading practices using metrics and KPIs to inform future tactics for renter education and the Multifamily marketing strategies. Using knowledge of the Multifamily business, key products, and key initiatives inform strategy and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Communication and Storytelling: Clearly present information to both internal and external audiences verbally or in writing in a way that is engaging and easy to understand. Includes presentations, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, strategic marketers, global brand stakeholders to determine internal and external "go-to-market" strategy.
  • Content Marketing: Help build a library of multi-channel content to support the broad continuum of education to a diverse consumer renter base and other Multifamily projects including website content, articles, case studies, infographics, videos, white papers, social posts and more.

Desired Experiences and Skills:
