Job Summary:
We are seeking a Principal Infra Developer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C# .NET Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics CRM. This role involves developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business operations with a focus on investment banking and brokerage domains.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure solutions using C# .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
· Oversee the integration of Dynamics CRM with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
· Provide technical expertise in designing scalable and robust infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Develop and implement best practices for infrastructure development including coding standards testing and deployment processes.
· Monitor and optimize system performance identifying and resolving issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
· Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all infrastructure solutions.
· Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into infrastructure solutions as appropriate.
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Participate in project planning and management contributing to timelines resource allocation and risk assessment.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
· Prepare technical documentation and reports ensuring clear communication of infrastructure solutions and their impact.
Qualifications:
· Possess a strong background in C# .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
· Demonstrate experience in integrating Dynamics CRM with other business systems.
· Exhibit knowledge of best practices in infrastructure development and deployment.
· Show proficiency in monitoring and optimizing system performance.
· Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
· Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 - $133,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
