Restaurant Team Member - 16 years old or above ($20.00 - $21.00/HOUR)
Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00, based on experience and work location. Please note that you are applying for a role with a franchisee or licensee of Taco Bell, and not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its associated companies. These franchisees and licensees operate as autonomous businesses and will be your sole employer, should you be hired. We have two types of team member positions available: Food Champion (focusing on food preparation and service) and Service Champion (working as a cashier). The pay rates on an hourly basis will vary depending on experience.
Requirements include:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to cover shifts when necessary
- Effective communication skills (especially important for Cashiers, who need the ability to speak, read, and write)
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to multitask, including various duties such as prepping, making, and serving food
- Positive attitude when dealing with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
As a Taco Bell Team Member, you are the initial point of contact for customers, whether they're walking through the door or placing a drive-thru order.
