Job Description:
Our caregivers are known as Care Professionals (or Care Pros) because they are the genuine experts in assisting older adults to lead enriched lives. These Care Pros are pivotal to our vision, establishing genuine care-laden relationships and providing solicitous care that aids our clients in maintaining their health, safety, and happiness in the comfortable confines of their own home.

- An hourly wage between $17.50 - $18.75, paid weekly with direct deposit.

Responsibilities of a caregiver:
- Building a strong rapport with clients through companionship and empathetic caregiving.
- Assisting with meal preparations and executing light housekeeping duties.
- Providing personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence.

Requirements:
- At least six months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or being a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
- A valid driver's license.
- Availability for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to render consistent care and build robust relationships.
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (Bilingual or multilingual candidates are welcomed).
- Compliance with all necessary licenses or registration requirements.
- Access to a device supporting the latest version of iOS or Android for using the Honor Care Pro Mobile App.
Job availability & Schedule preferences:
- Full-time or part-time.
- Monday to Friday.
- Weekends.
