Position Summary
The role involves assisting with daily gutter installations under the guidance of the Field Gutter Manager. Responsibilities include completing on-site customer installations efficiently, as well as fabricating gutters using provided equipment in diverse field conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel within designated regions to perform gutter and gutter protection installations.
- Ensure daily completion of projects to enhance location goals and efficiency.
- Assist the Field Gutter Manager as instructed with gutter installations and protection.
- Deliver high-standard installation services following established training procedures.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience while on-site.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies and procedures.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and safely operate a box truck.
- Comfortable with climbing up and down ladders of different heights for service delivery.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Over 1-year experience in home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation.
- Display superior quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the installation process.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift focus as needed to meet demands without dropping any responsibilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic, and team-oriented setting with a proactive attitude.
- Employ active listening skills to understand and thoughtfully respond to presented information.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to find efficient and effective solutions for tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with internal and external parties.
- Ability to logically connect ideas, evaluate arguments, identify errors, solve complex issues, and engage in reflective thinking.
- Offer timely, empathetic assistance through in-person, phone, email, and social media, prioritizing the customer's or co-worker’s needs in every interaction.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
- Authorized to work in the employment country without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
- Experience with gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, and/or inspection.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional overnight travel required.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
- Additional hours may be necessary based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a field office, manufacturing, or construction environment.
- Outdoor work in varying temperatures and climates.
- Medium physical labor involving up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
