Flexible Hours Nurse Practitioner Contractor

We're currently seeking board-certified nurse practitioners to contract with us and conduct In-home Health Evaluations for members of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plans.
- Perform in-home visits that emphasize an individual's health and well-being
- Identify hurdles in accessing healthcare
- Potential to earn $2,500 to $4,000 weekly (6-9 completed visits daily, starting rate of $80 per assessment)
- Enhance your visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier*
- Opportunity for additional earnings through our pay-per-test system (for visits where additional diagnostic and preventive tests are applicable)
- Shifts available any day of the week (nights/weekends not mandatory)
- Option for Short-Term or Long-Term engagements
- Visits are pre-scheduled with health plan members at their homes
- Options for travel expenses such as airfare, hotel, and rental car (eligibility required)
- Malpractice insurance coverage provided

These home visits will involve reviewing medication and medical history, along with conducting physical assessments. Our NP contractors have the opportunity to earn a competitive income (or supplement their existing one) while accommodating personal and clinical responsibilities. A pre-prepared, patient-specific form will be provided for each evaluation. Prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering existing treatment plans is not part of the role.
