Key Responsibilities for Service Team Associates:

  • Deliver outstanding dining experiences, including greeting guests and handling transactions
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • Adhere to Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to provide fresh and quality meals
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic kitchen setting, rotating between the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen roles
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet daily objectives in a positive, enjoyable setting

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, cooperative team spirit
  • Experience in operations helpful
  • Some high-school education
  • Food Handler certification may be required subject to local mandates at your expense

ADA Statement:

In this role, workspaces often feature limited availability with high heat and food vapors. Employees are typically required to remain standing for prolonged times, preparing both hot and cold dishes, using a Chinese cook knife, and operating other kitchen gear with precision.

Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching over counters. Kitchens can be warm with high noise levels; storage is often limited. Employees must work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, possess effective verbal communication skills, adapt to dynamic surroundings, and manage conflicts effectively.
