As a Panera Retail Team Member Cashier, you are the welcoming face our guests encounter first—you’re consistently friendly and inviting. You’ll assist with orders meticulously, create a comforting experience for guests, and ensure they leave with a smile.
As a Cashier, Your Role Includes:
- Promptly and accurately assisting guests with their orders.
- Being knowledgeable about our menu and special Limited Time Offers.
- Providing outstanding guest service in all scenarios.
- Being aware of daily priorities.
- Maintaining a positive outlook while handling each task, including the challenging ones, and adapting to changes when necessary.
- Contributing to our Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
This Opportunity Is for You If:
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
- Completion of basic food safety training and knowledge (including Food Handler’s Card, as legally mandated).
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced atmosphere.
