Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, you'll be among a group of enthusiastic and skilled professionals who are dedicated to exceptional customer service. We are committed to launching your fulfilling career by equipping you with the essential tools and training to deliver secure and dependable service to our customers’ fuel systems and appliances.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fuel systems and appliances
- Manage the service vehicle, including inspecting maintenance records and performing pre- and post-trip evaluations
- Exemplify outstanding customer service
- Handle billing for services provided and manage funds and inventory, involving the use of a user-friendly tablet, keeping a trip report, and documenting tests and other related details
- Deliver fuel safely and efficiently when necessary

Qualifications
To drive our company vehicles, you’ll need a minimum of a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements plus a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate for interstate commerce.

- Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 lbs
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Must meet the English Language Proficiency requirements outlined in 49 CFR §391.11(b)(2), including conversing with the public, understanding highway traffic signs in English, and responding to official inquiries
