Job Description

Epsilon UK has expanded its presence across numerous advertising technologies and services, including the fast-evolving commerce media sector, establishing a lead in the market. Experiencing significant growth over the last six years and post being globally acquired by Publicis for $4bn, we’re looking to appoint an SVP, Revenue. This role will be instrumental in fostering Epsilon's transformation in the UK, as we augment our direct / intermediary revenues and continue our business acceleration.

What you can expect from us:

- You'll design and implement a strategic sales plan, identifying fresh market segments and keeping an eye on competitor developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Building strong client relationships at high-level positions in sizeable businesses to drive revenue and ensure client fulfilment.
- Creating and managing alliance partnerships both internally and externally to the Publicis Groupe.
- Regularly reviewing, analysing, and adjusting team procedures related to attainment, retention and growth of clients to achieve success.
- Use of sales tools to drive lead generation and sales pipeline.
- Spearheading the "Must win" procedures.
- Commitment to onboarding high-calibre associates, and their ongoing professional development.
- Leading, managing, and inspiring across several commercial teams with different skill-sets and roles.

Your background:

- Twenty-plus years’ experience in commercial leadership roles.
- Proven success in scaling businesses profitably at the enterprise level.
- Demonstrable experience within AdTech and Martech industries.
- Solid C-suite network across direct brands and intermediaries.
- Masters or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
