Our Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) hail from a wide array of backgrounds - supermarkets, pubs, premier retailers, or banks. United by their leadership ethos that champions, supporting, and enabling their respective teams. 

As an RGM, you are entrusted with the liberty to manage your restaurant as if it's your own, with a keen focus on four pivotal areas: Team, Clients, Sales, and Profit. By fostering a culture of excellence, you'll nurture and guide a highly proficient team delivering exceptional service to our customers, in turn, ensuring steady business growth. To face challenges head-on, you demonstrate resilience, extending support to your team when required.

Your responsibilities will entail:

- Overseeing all daily operations, including food preparation, stock management, and creating a clean and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

- Developing crucial managerial skills like planning, team management, and effective communication to lead a motivated and efficient team. 

- Delivering first-class customer service by resolving any issues promptly and maintaining a friendly disposition.

- Collaborating with other managers and colleagues to retain our brand's reputation through high-quality service.

- Encouraging continuous learning and improvement by valuing feedback and using it to progress your skills and performance.
