Your Role:
As Assistant Restaurant General Managers (ARGM), you'll come from a range of sectors - supermarkets, local pubs, high street shops and financial institutions are among the diverse backgrounds of our team. As an ARGM, your role is pivotal within the restaurant management team. Your duties involve guaranteeing that daily operations run smoothly and as per norm. You'll be coaching, guiding and developing a superior team that’s dedicated to delivering a reliable and consistent experience for our customers. You're also tasked with boosting sales and profitability in your restaurant, thereby contributing to its overall success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily operations, including food preparation, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers.
- Gaining crucial managerial skills such as planning, coordinating teams, and effective communication to lead an efficient and motivated team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through swift problem resolution and a warm approach.
- Partnering with colleagues and other managers to uphold an elevated standard of quality and protect our brand's reputation.
- Maintaining an open, learning mindset, accepting feedback positively, and using it to refine your skills and performance.
