-> One year experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation setting or home health.
-> BLS required
-> Candidate must have HCHB (Home Care Home Base) experience
-> Knowledge of durable medical equipment
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
