IMMEDIATENEED FOR NEUROINTERVENTIONAL RN: MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE INMEDIUM TO LARGE SIZED FACILITIES WITH HIGH ACUITY PATIENT FLOW WITH EXPERIENCEIN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology,Neuro, Critical Care, Emergency Dept, or other related higher acuityarena. EPICexperience is HIGHLY preferred. May be required to float to CathLab. REQUIRED Certs: ACLS, BLS (both AHA), NIHS. Initial tests during orientation that must be passed are: Medication, BasicDysrrthmia and Hemodynamic Monitoring.
Jobresponsibilities would normally include: administering conscious sedation andmonitoring of patient's condition / labs / medication access and medications,setting up and maintaining sterile field, assisting during the procedure, usingvarious equipment, trouble shooting hemodynamic monitoring system plus morerelated to the interventional procedure. Phillips XR equipment is used. RNwould work with a team consisting of a Physician, Technologist and XR Techs;1-2 cases per day in a Neuro Interventional suite performing catheter-basedangiography to treat various neurologic abnormalities (adult andpediatric). Patient population may include those with COVID. Thisis a Safety sensitive position.*

Schedule: 4-10s (M-F) 7a – 5:30p; Call is roughly 10 to 11 daysper month. Weekday call is from 5:30pm to 7:00am and weekend call is from7:00am to 7:00am. 30-minute max response time.
