Our pay rates and benefits are competitive for all positions. Not having prior experience in the restaurant field is no concern, as the position is entry-level with no experience prerequisite. As a crew member, within your introductory year, you have the potential to earn up to an added $1.5 per hour through more training, acquiring certifications, and through performance appraisals.
