We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Control team at John Zink in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your expertise in various codes, standards, quality documentation, mechanical assembly, instrumentation , and electrical systems will be invaluable in maintaining the highest level of quality assurance.

Shift: First

What You Will Do
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products /materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Review project/product documentation to applicable scope
  • Witness required factory acceptance testing
  • Compile and maintain project Quality documentation.
  • Assist with customer inspections.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated experience working with AWS codes, ASME codes, API codes and other relevant standards.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience in dimensional inspection techniques
  • Possess a current American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Background in electrical systems
  • Current AMPP (NACE) CIP level 1 or higher certification
  • Current API 936 or API 982 Refractory certification
