Job Details
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.
This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction.
This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
Job Requirements
Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma Center PCU experience - REQUIRED
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
Travel experience - Preferred
Schedule Information
Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays.
Can not exceed 7 days.

Banner Cover Page completely filled out
Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
Certifications (must be active at time of submission)

Additional Details
Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
