Clinician Assistance:

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for patient evaluation and treatment, creating outcomes-oriented plans, and delivering effective care across a patient's episode. They will work at the top of their license, efficiently delegating duties across the clinic care team, aiming to achieve consistent, positive patient outcomes.
