Financial advisors play a key role in leading the branch team in serving our clients and furthering the firm's purpose. By understanding the client's goals and the importance of these goals, financial advisors can build trust with their clients and keep them on track. Key Responsibilities

As a financial advisor, your key duties will encompass:

- Building client relationships through face-to-face and virtual mediums
- Understanding clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns
- Managing branch processes
- Increasing branch effectiveness
- Fostering a highly engaging environment

Candidates' Profile

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated, and committed to establishing long-term client relationships. An interest in financial markets, combined with becoming successful in achieving professional and personal objectives is highly desired. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable learning, challenging themselves, thinking critically, and who has a natural passion for sourcing new opportunities.

Skills/Requirements

Ideal candidates should fulfill at least one of the following qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Financial services and/or sales experience
- Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
- Professional and/or military career progression

Licensing

SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7 and Series 66 will be required. FINRA registrations must be within three months of joining. State insurance licenses will also be a requirement.
