FLS is looking for an Assembler based in Tucson Arizona to focus on pumps and cyclone rebuilds. By joining the Professional Services organization within FLS, you are joining an extremely dynamic, exciting, and rapidly growing service line. You will be supported by your manager and peers, contributing to the team's goal of maintaining and growing the installed PCV service business.

Your responsibilities:
  • Reviews assigned work orders for correct parts, documents drawings, engineering specifications, and stores requisitions.
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Work with other team members to create continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Performs inspections of assembled PCV components for conformance to specifications and dimensional correctness
  • Ensure that all workshop tasks are performed in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a workshop environment with rotating equipment, overhead cranes and forklift traffic safely.
  • A mechanical aptitude and great attitude
  • Provide feedback to your manager regarding quality issues and suggestions for product and process improvements.
  • Willing to work overtime or weekends if needed.


What you bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in a manufacturing and/production environment preferred and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Experience in Pump and cyclone rebuilds would be an advantage.
  • Must be able to interpret blueprints.
  • Sound understanding in various measuring equipment as well as rotating tools.
