Territory Sales Representative

As a territory sales representative at Leaf Home, your responsibility will be to enlighten potential customers about the advantages of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement by conducting a simple home evaluation from the sidewalk. We'll train you to identify prospective homeowner issues that Leaf Home can resolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads for our external sales team by canvassing an assigned territory each day to engage prospective customers at their residences about Leaf Home products (local travel will be required).
- Employ consultative selling techniques to inform customers about the advantages of Leaf Home and gather data for the sales team to arrange an in-person product demonstration.
- Report daily results to the field management team and develop a co-operative working relationship with fellow sales representatives.
- Uphold a high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by presenting the company professionally and ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience.
Experience and Minimum Requirements:
- Completed high school or equivalent education.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle.
- Capable of working evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven passion to meet and exceed goals.
- Customer-oriented and result-focused.
- Professional in demeanor and attire.
- Must be eligible to work legally in the country without requiring sponsorship for an employment visa.
Physical Demands:
- Capability to work outdoors on a daily basis regardless of weather conditions. Prolonged periods of walking/standing required.
- Field office/manufacturing/construction environment is often necessary.
- Sedentary work involving exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or negligible force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
