Job Duties:
You'll be tasked with complete disassembly of vehicles to enable Collision Estimators to accurately assess damage and prepare a comprehensive repair plan. Your role will be crucial in identifying all necessary repairs to minimize repair time and avoid any extra costs. Main duties include:
- Following work orders for all operations
- Removing upholstery, accessories, seats, and window elevator systems to access damaged areas
- Protecting parts from potential damage during storage
- Repairing damaged body parts, ensuring all fits and gaps adhere to industry standards
- Using a range of hand and power tools
- Preparing repaired surfaces for painting
- Replacing defective parts
- Ensuring vehicle compliance with safety and quality standards through inspection and test driving
- Compliance with all Classic Collision standard operating procedures, safety rules, and guidelines
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirement:
Applicants must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driver's license. Having I-CAR/ASE certifications and 2-3 years of collision repair experience are preferred attributes. A customer-focused attitude, the ability to work harmoniously within a team, and an ability to read and understand written instructions and information are essential. Successful background check completion is mandatory.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Use their hands, and have good hearing and speaking abilities
- Frequently stand or sit, occasionally walk for prolonged periods
- Reach, lift, and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
- Have precise close and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
