ABOUT OUR CREW:
In a large establishment like ours, we need all hands (or paws, wings, fins, whatever you have!) on deck to establish efficient operations. Our stores operate in shifts throughout early mornings, day, and evening hours. In this role of PetSmart sales consultant, your expertise may span across various areas including:

- Customer Service: Building genuine relationships with pet parents is key. You'll warmly welcome them and their pets into the store, streamline the check-out process, and ensure their needs are fully met.
- Pet Care: Your role extends to safeguarding all living pets in our stores-including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals. You'll take care of their well-being until they find their own family, ensuring their health, cleanliness, and proper feeding. You'll also interact with pet parents to deliver the best solutions tailored to their pets.
- Merchandising & Inventory: You are integral to our mission of helping pet parents find exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. This involves the execution of merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.
