Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1328.66 - $1530.85
OT needed ASAP Duties: Administer Occupational Therapy as prescribed by a physician; determine specificgoals for patient treatment through evaluation and consultation with health care professionals, patients& families; process record keeping & related reports; attend designated clinics, rounds and conferencesrendering patient information; interact with patient families; maintain equipment and supplies; mayparticipate in educational programs for staff.Required:B.S. (or higher) in Occupational Therapy, NYS licensure 2 years of experience required.Temporary--13 Weeks
