Key Responsibilities:

- Completing all necessary training requirements: this includes the Zaxby's General Manager Development Plan and Operations Excellence Capstone Class, Food Safety Certification, Manager Certification, and any other essential training issued by Zax LLC.
- Ensuring guests enjoy excellent dining experiences.
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining top performers, and ensuring they receive comprehensive training.
- Creating effective work schedules to drive sales and control labor costs.
- Ensuring service quality, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently adhered to.
- Managing profitability through driving sales, controlling costs, developing team members, and ensuring operational standards.
- Reviewing performance metrics daily and developing action plans to enhance profitability, sales, and guest experience.

Additional Duties:

- Managing guest and team member complaints/concerns/injuries and reporting them promptly.
- Maintaining a flexible attitude allowing for performance beyond the scope of this job description.
- Ensuring safe work practices by the team and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Any other duties necessary for smooth restaurant operations.

Job Qualifications:

- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- A minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) is required; some college education is preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience is required (experience in restaurant management is preferred).

Capability Requirements:

- The ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasionally stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing, including using ladders.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 pounds (overhead if needed).
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation.
- Communicate proficiently through clear speech, reading, and writing.
- Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception to observe and respond to the environment.
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and exposure to food allergens.
- Safely operate and work with restaurant equipment such as knives, fryers, and other potentially hazardous tools.
