Minimum experience required-2 years. MS Oncology experience
Screen strong candidates with 1 year plus M/S Onc
Floating required to all Med-Surg Units across the system.
General Surgery/ OB-GYN
Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Pelvic Exenteration, Small Bowel Obstruction, Intractable Pain/Nausea, Port Access/De-Access, IR drains, s/p diagnostic cardiac cath, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy
Some IV/PO Chemo- Chemo certification not required. Certified RN will administer
Chest Tube Set-up/Care
Blood/Blood Products Administration
Drains, Feeding Tubes,Fistula, Access/Care;Syringe Pumps, Wound Vac;
Epidural Pumps, PCA Pumps, PICC/Central Lines;Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device,Triple Lumen Catheter
Heparin, Insulin
Biopsies, GI;GU/Renal,Peripheral Vascular
