Program Manager

Pay Range: $30/hr. - $32/hr.

• Responsible for the coordination and tracking of a large program.

• Manage a team of 8 developers
• Report into a Senior Technical Program Manager
• Keep team on track with deadlines
• Monitors deadlines, tracks responsibilities, highlights blockers, identifies dependencies, and summarizes progress of the program.
• Prepares reports for management regarding status of the program.
• Performs daily check-ins with stakeholders, tracks communications and catalogs slippages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Able to operate with limited guidance and knows when to escalate.

• Prior Project management experience.
• Soft Skills and detail-oriented self-starter
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Stakeholder engagement/management

• Experience working in Wireless Security.
• Developer background
• Agile certification
