Procedures: n/a. Staff providers run stress tests, obtaining privilege optional
Credentialing: 90 days
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Board Certification
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
Licensure: Active Washington, will consider IMLC
