Job Details
Assists in preparing for and during surgery by performing routine and delegated duties according to standards and policies of the department and hospital to assure quality patient care
Job Requirements
CST licensure (NBSTSA)
BLS (AHA)
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent
2 years of experience at minimum (2+ ideal)
Experience with vascular, transplant, ophthalmology, spine, robotic, cardiac is Required
Schedule Information
Shift: 4 x 10 variable - start times from 0645A-1300; weekends included in schedule rotation
On-call required
Additional Details
Certifications for ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CCRN, TNCC, EFM, Tech Cert, State License, NURSYS Verification, IV Certification, MAB, NIH Stroke, Crisis Prevention (CPI), Medication Competency required as applicable
Several Certifications require validation or completion within specified time frames (e.g., within 30 days of start)
