If working a weekend, then will have a weekday off.WEEKENDS: 2 weekend days a monthHOLIDAYS: 1 holiday on callON CALL: On call after 5 pm for unit that they are covering and weekend on call if scheduled to work.FLOATING: Per Ministry PolicyPATIENT RATIO: 22:1PATIENT POPULATION: Could be mother baby, NICU, Med-Surg, IMCU, Telemetry, ICU, or Surgical patients.GUARANTEE: 40-hrsEMR: MeditechDRESS CODE: Business casual dress code or grey scrubsEDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred) or Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: *Must be provided upon submission*RN or LMSW in the state of employment is requiredLBSW accepted for associates with 5+ years of demonstrated success and experience in Client's Care Manager I role. Certification in Case Management preferred.BLS preferred.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 2 years; CM experience in acute care setting of 2 or more years, Meditech experiencePREFERRED SKILLS: Midas experience.
