Caregiver (Hiring Now)

Our caregivers, deemed as Care Professionals, provide an essential service to older adults. They strive to foster sincere relationships with the seniors in our community and deliver empathetic care that enables our clients to enjoy a healthy, safe, and joyful life in their own homes.

Compensation & Benefits for Caregivers:

- Hourly wage of $13.50-14.00 - with weekly payouts & direct deposit
- $500 signing bonus for caregivers post 60 working hours within 30 days
- Paid holidays at 1.5 times your regular rate

Criteria for Applicants:

- Must have one professional reference
- Willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the identical client(s) to provide consistent care and build real relationships
- Basic competency in English speaking, reading, and writing (Bilingual or multilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply)
- Completion of any compliance, licenses, or registrations as required by federal, state, or local regulators
- Use of the Honor Care Pro App and ownership of a device that supports the latest version of iOS or Android

Responsibilities of Caregiver:

- Offering companionship and engaging in conversation
- Preparing meals and reminding clients about medication
- Providing one-on-one support with non-medical daily activities including bathing, toileting, and dressing

Working Hours: Full-time and part-time.
